Custom Orders

We welcome custom inquiries ranging from small adjustments to existing pieces — such as a different colour or finish — to the development of a completely new design.

Because every piece is handmade and produced in small batches, custom work takes time. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the request and our current production schedule.

Please keep in mind:

• A custom inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• Custom orders are priced above our regular webshop pieces. In most cases, prices begin at around 50% above comparable standard items.
• For higher-value custom work, payment is made by bank transfer only.
• A deposit of at least 30% may be required before production begins.
• The deposit is refundable only if production has not yet started.
• As a general rule, custom work includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be possible depending on the nature and complexity of the project.
• We reserve the right to decline a custom request if we are fully booked or if the proposed design does not align with the hAndEarth style, process, or direction.

Bulk Orders

We also accept selected bulk orders and larger-quantity orders, and these are open to everyone.

In general, we consider a bulk order to be more than 10 pieces that are not currently listed in the webshop or are sold out.

Please note:

• Larger quantities may be eligible for a discount, depending on the order.
• Bulk orders are handled individually, depending on quantity, complexity, and our current production capacity.
• Payment for bulk orders is made by bank transfer only.
• A deposit of at least 30% is required before production begins.
• The deposit is refundable only if production has not yet started.
• Shipping for bulk orders is arranged separately and may involve significant costs depending on the size and destination of the order.
• Production does not begin until all key terms — including production scope, timing, and shipping — have been agreed.
• If a bulk order includes one or more custom-designed pieces, full production begins only after a sample piece has been approved.
• Sample production is charged separately and follows the same general conditions as custom work.

If you are interested in reselling our products, please note that we do not offer consignment. Wholesale collaborations are considered individually.

As all pieces are handmade, we approach each project carefully and selectively. For that reason, we may decline requests that do not fit our production process, timeline, or artistic direction.
